Upgrade Description

Upgrading the Lead Edge Feeder will provide superior registration and maximum sheet control while maintaining the physical and aesthetic quality of the sheet

• Keyless Timing Pulleys — replaces the existing plastic, keyed, timing pulleys with a new pulley designed to accept a locking element. This will eliminate the wear commonly seen with the keys. Also included is a new shaft with a center keyway. With the extra option of the Keyless Timing Pulleys with the Gear will provide a new keyless shaft with a ringfedder center gear.
• Vacuum Box — Replaces the existing vacuum boxes with new production design. The new design has sliding pulley brackets, which mount to the bottom of the aluminum boxes, with spring-loaded sliding brackets that mount onto the front of the box. This eliminates the wear caused by the sliding of the brackets while operating.
• HD Center Box — The Center Cam and Gear Box have six pitch gears used in the internal gear train that are improved and strengthen it. The cam and gearbox upgrade is assembled at MarquipWardUnited prior to shipment, for a simple installation
